Ordering Instructions
     The following are the easy steps to make an ordering for our products. Shortly, you need to register when you select items into your shopping cart. After selecting your interested items, then we will contact you soon for arranging payment. We have disabled Paypal 'Buy Now' button because we need to talk with all of our customers first then you can pay still us via Paypal later or T/T or Western Union.

Viewing & Selecting Items
  • Just click on the product type link from the left side menu.
  • Tick a checkbox below each product image, after select all of wanted items then click on "Add to Shopping Cart" button at the bottom of the page.
  • In step 2, there are 2 viewing options you can select near the top of the page. The options details are as follow.

    • 3 columns list - This will show 3 products for a row and will not display an item description.
    1 column list - This will show only 1 product for a row and will display an item description.

  • In step 2, in case of so many items for displaying in 1 page for some type of items. There will be pages link near the top of the page that will link to the other pages.
  • In step 2, you can use the 2 buttons to help selecting items. 'Select All' and 'Select None' at the bottom of the page.
Signup & Login Process

     After you click 'Add to Shopping Cart' button, then you will be bring to the login or signup page. If you are new to our site please do signup process that appear in this page. If you are the old customer, just follow the login process that appear on this page.

Specify your needed quantity for each item.

     After you login/signup, the items you have selected will added into your selected list. This list will now show on the screen and you can specify or change your item quantity and click 'update' button. In this page you can remove any item from your wanted list by using the 'delete' or 'clear' button at the bottom of this page.

     If you have so many items selected, the page listbox at the top of this page will bring you to the other pages

Time for Goods Production

     Basically we spend for about 40 days for one 20 foot container ordering. And for the small amount less than a container, it's depend on your quantity and the item you make an order. Some item we can shipped immediately, some item may require 1-2 weeks for production or sourcing.

     We will give you all the status while the products have not been shipped to you. We will do for a good QC such as products checking.

Payment

     We accept Paypal payment, T/T or Western Union. It's not matter if you don't have Paypal account, you can still pay via Paypal with your credit card. Paypal accept payment without an account with them. And we also pleased to accept payment via T/T and Western Union. We are not limit to these 3 ways of payment, if there are another way convenient to both of us we can discuss later.

Refund

     This should be considered case by case. Basically we give no refund for baught items. But in case of our fault or product damages that cause from us, we do take responsibility on all our products. Dont worry.
